The Spy She Loved

1968 was a revolutionary inspired year for the Western world, and produced dangerous “loony Left” student demonstrations in most European countries, particularly in Western Germany and France.

Only in France did it become serious enough to stop the whole economy and provoke the fall of the government.

Official history maintains that the spontaneous student demonstrations got out of hand, but Gaullist government intelligence knew that this was not true, and that the student leaders were trained by East German secret service agencies to provoke urban uprisings.

A spy thriller showing how they came close to orchestrating the fall of some Western European national economies.
